[ As Mallinsons Simcoe XL ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt, fruity. Keg @ Mallinsons Corner, Huddersfield. Dirty golden-blonde with a small head. Has a dry but crisp enough hoppy texture and taste, with some fruitiness in its aftertaste.

Light haze on this gold beer, good white head. Palate is light, dry and minerally crisp. Light malts, thin and not that sweet. Good orange peel hops. citric pith. Mild floral bitterness. Crisp dry finish. Clean and drinkable.

Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma has light floral hops as does the flavour. Smooth and easy to drink with a dry finish.
