Gravity dispense at Barrow Hill Rail Ale 2017 - Clear yellow body, tidy little white top. Nose is heavy on the tropical citrus, sprucey pine notes, and unripe fruit. Taste is chewy versions of the aroma, lots of syrupy citrus. Real winner.

Bradford Beer Festival 2017. Golden in colour. Has a strength, with a sugary-fruity character.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Very hazy, orange gold. Messy, bubbly and dense, lasting, pale cream head. Nose has overripe orange and mandarin. Mouldy lemon. Grass and privet leaf hop. Sweet, buttery malt backdrop. Taste is sticky sweet to start, with a citrus rind bitterness. Sticky and juicy mouthfeel. Doesn’t hide the ABV too well, though. Long bitter finish, with just a little soapiness on the close. Overall, very decent.
