500 ml bottle, from SPAR Hirtshals. ABV is 6.5%. Beautiful reddish brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of brown kandij sugar syrup, caramel, Belgian ale yeast, mild spices (incl. anise). Flavour of malts, kandij sugar, mild spices, anise, minimal hops. Okay-ish, but not up there with the best Belgians.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Odd, unclean caramel aroma. Rich, sweet body, but strangely unclean, cabbage-like. 271218
