Stacks of white grapefruit, papaya and lime on the nose. The Citra and Mosaic add a light haze to the lotus flower pale body. Totally unfined.

Pours a lightly hazed pale gold colour with a small frothy white head. The aroma is fruity, stone fruit with tropical and citrus notes. A moderately sweet and fruity taste with a light sweet malt base, tropical and sweet citrus flavours and a light fruity bitterness.

On cask @ Ryries. Appearance - golden and fairy clear. White head. Nose - pear, peach and white grape. Taste - generously pungent tropical fruit with fresh citrus and ripe sultana fruit. Palate - light bodied, dry zesty finish. Overall - great stuff.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 23 Nov 2022) Golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, bread and tea. Malty, slightly fruity taste with caramel, toast, tea, leafy hops, citrus, tropical fruit and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. Lighjt body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and quite complex. Very nice.

Tastes light to medium sweet grainy, citrusy, tropical fruity and grassy with smooth mouthfeel and mild bitter finish. Light to medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Cask gravity at KESR beer festival 2022. Pale gold hazy small white head. its OK a light citrusy pale ale. not much malt.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 5th September 2020. Clear gold with shallow disappearing white foam and initial lacing. Spicy malty aroma with citrus peel. Zesty citrus in-mouth and a fruity finish. Medium bodied with a velvet smooth mouthfeel.

ABV: 3.9%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, lemon, lime, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, citrus - lime, citrus, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. From tap at the Manchester Beer & Cider festival 24.01.20. Clear pale straw colour. Aroma and taste of sweet pale malt and lemon deprived from its sourness and bitterness. Dull.
