After all of those IPAs and flavoured stouts, you need a shock to the system. This is it. Culture Shock is a dose of juniper mixed in with a chaser of saison flavours. Big hits of those traditional saison esters come through strong on the tongue and juniper carries through to the back of the tongue in this unique blend of flavours.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 24 Nov 2019) Murky brownish yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of citrus, juniper berries, spices and floral aromas. Malty, spicy taste with juniper berries, yeast, bread, hay and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. Doesn't look very nice, but taste is spicy and interesting. Nice one.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 28th December 2019. Hazy amber with fine yellowy white foam and local lacing on the sipping stream. Pungent aroma. Sweet juicy fruits in-mouth and a tangy finish, with a slightly lactic touch. Smooth mouthfeel and medium body. Well crafted saison.

Cask at Craft Beer Co. Covent Garden - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a small, creamy white head. Moderately sweet with some doughy wheat bread, juniper, a little lemon meringue. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation, so so condition. Sweet finish with some mellow yeasty notes, more wheat bread. Decent.
