A hazed pink hued ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity blackberry jam, light acidity, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light blackberry, light lactic and Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

2020 edition in a 750ml bottle pouring a hazy amber colour with golden highlights. The head is white, a tad pinkish with a nice creaminess on top left. Some smaller particles are present. Sour aromas of Brett with some decent earthiness, blended with the blackberries. Not as sour in the mouth, not puckering up too much. A little lactose, smooth mouthfeel, but the fruit is nicely balanced between the bacterias. A nice treat to enjoy from time to time.
