500ml bottle from the LCBO. typical bright yellow pour and a small quickly diminishing head. Aroma of sweet overly ripe apples, and a touch of wet paper, and maybe a tinge of honey. Flavour is quite sweet, and well rounded. Very easily drinking, and hardly has any carbonation, its really like apple juice.

A dark reddish amber Cider with aroma of sweet apple pie, light maple, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, still good after 10 years. BB July 2010.

Originally rated August 2009. Second cider of the night, found at the LCBO. Pours a rich golden colour, with a white fizzy head that disappears quickly (like most cider), leaving not much and nicely carbonated with small bubbles. The smell is mostly apples, with notes of whiskey in the background. Tastes sweet at first, then the apple juice comes to blend this and to disappear slowly where the apples are present in the aftertaste, and a touch of smoked wood comes out. Again, feels thick for the mouthfeel, but ends up crisp really quickly. Pretty decent cider, that is not shocking, not really dry, and has a really good aftertaste.

Bottle: Deep yellow color a light bubbly head. This cider is lightly sweet and somewhat standard at the end of the day. I still wonder why Brits send us cider that they do not even distribute in their own country.
