Keg at Mondo. It pours very lightly hazy gold with a tiny white head. The nose is white bread, bitter - sweet, creamy, floral, light spice, grass, bitter orange and cereal. The taste is crisp, bitter, mellow sweetness, floral action, pollen, white bread, biscuit, light spice and citrus peel with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. A rather tasty lagerbier.
