Can. Near opaque dark brown beer, decent bubbly tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, reasonable fine carbonation, fine for the style. Smooth soft dark malts, a lovely dark malt creamy vibe. Just modest chocolate but its all rather sumptuous. Add the plum brandy on top and really, what is not to like. Ripe plum, smooth and rich. Plum brandy brings a little bite on the back end but, overall this is very smooth and rich Impy and one that has, in my experience, a very uncommon but stellar, flavour profile.

Malm February tasting - brandy laced sweet toasted malty, some nice spices, dark plum fruit, molasses, nice body, more brandy infused malty accents into the warming lingering finish. Lovely, favourite of this series so far.
