12oz bottle. Pours murky brown with a small beige head. Brown bread malts, brown sugar, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour is very bready, some raisins, bourbon barrels. Rich and chewy mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle: Poured a murky dirty brown color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head with minimal retention and lacing. Aroma of deep caramelized malt notes with some residual sugar notes with some strong bourbon notes with some woody notes and vanilla. Taste is also dominated by deep caramelized malt notes with some bourbon notes with some woods feature and vanilla with some residual sugar notes. Body is really full with good carbonation and some alcohol is noticeable. Solid BA barleywine - I would love to have regular access to this.

Dark chestnut. The aroma is big smooth bourbon, with raisins, dark chocolate, fruitcake. Soft body up front then some alcohol heat kicks in. Breadcrust richness, toffee, raisins, and a fair bit of bourbon on the palate. Complex and balanced.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of booze, bourbon barrels, a little soy sauce, and dark dried fruits. Flavour is very rich, with lots of dark dried fruits, soy sauce, burnt sugar, bourbon barrels, and booze. It's a rather rough blend, with lots of jagged pieces, finishing boozy and soy sauce-y. Thin palate with insufficient complexity. Okay.

330 ml bottle. Pours a vary dark brown with only a few bubbles. Aromas of caramel, chocolate nougat, sweet bourbon, raisins and soft roasted malts. Flavors of follow same with a little more fruit and bourbon. Warm boozy finish. Quite good.

Poured from 330mL bottle @ Weathered 2023. Dark brown with minimal beige head. Dark fruit, bourbon barrel, this is apparently a new batch from the first number of releases and enjoying it more.
