Can: Poured a deep brown color lager with a large off-white foamy head with good retention with some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with light caramel notes with some light bitter notes. Taste is also a mix of roasted malt notes with some light caramel malt notes with light bitter finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well made brown ale with plenty of character.

Canette, 355 ml, date : 28 OCT 2022, de, avec et chez Sébastien Bertrand (merci!), savourée le 31 décembre 2022; œil : brun foncé, opaque, anneau de mousse beige, très légère dentelle; nez : houblon, léger fruité, malt; bouche : houblon, léger fruité, malt, léger médicinal, finale plus sèche qu'attendue en malt avec présence de houblon amérisant, corps moyen, carbonatation moyenne, légèrement amère, légèrement sucrée, texture légèrement râpeuse; en résumé : correct

Tap at Red Door in Ottawa. Transparent brown pour little to no head. Aroma is brown malty. Taste is like a crisp light brown ale. So so.

A reddish copper brown lager with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with roasted notes, light resinous hop, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.
