Keg at Craft Beer Co, Islington. Really malty aroma..Light gold. Creamy white head. Light sour and umami. Light. Thin. Attempting to be fizzy in terms of carbonation. Odd slightly sickly finish. Not keen. Is it off?

A clear golden. Aroma is thin, honey cereal, meaty, bovril. Flavour is composed of semi sweet baked beans, tomato, beans on toast.. Palate is grains, moderate carbonation. Terrible beans on toast. Fuck this.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, a few white bubbles for a head. Dry pale malts, sweetish. Ripe orange and a little fresh tangerine. Light dry finish. Not that lager like but I've had many worse cask lagers than this.

Cask at Pig’s Ear 2017. It pours clear yellow with no head to speak of.... The aroma is soft, sweet, grainy, lemony, floral and candied citrus. The taste is dry, bitter, oily, lemon – lime, floral, straw, grass, and some toasty grain. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not a whole lot to it. Fair enough for what it is.
