Cask Gravity at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours clear gold with a bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh ginger, oily, peppery heat, ginger sting, fruit cake and some oiliness. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, chewy malt, resin, plenty of peppery ginger, grass, ginger & lemon tea and some oiliness with a drying finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Not a great idea for a beer, but it is just about OK.
