Cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds wheat, zesty lemon, hay. Lightly sweet flavour with some grassy bitterness, citrus peel, wheat flakes. Light in body with fine carbonation; OK condition. Finishes with further grassy bitterness, hay, more lemon rind. Alright stuff.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin dry malts. A wheaty sweetness. Light orange and a little pith. Trace of esters. Dry crisp finish. In nice condition but not doing a huge amount for me.
