The first edition of our quarterly hop series based on our best selling APA, Silver Dollar. Hopped and generously dry hopped with Motueka from New Zealand, possibly our favourite hop. Big fruity aroma with juicy tropical notes and a hint of lime.

(Cask at Craft Beer Covent Garden, London, 19 Apr 2016) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, apricots, orange peel and a touch of toast. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange peel, apricots, some toast and a fairly dry finish with a fresh, balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with just a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 23rd April 2016. Slightly hazy copper with lasting off white lacing foam. Zesty bitter orange peel aroma. Citric in-mouth with bitter orange and tart berries. Bitter finish with grass prevalent. Full-bodied with an engaging texture.

Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours clear amber, nose is pine, citrus, cheesy, taste is sweet toffee, light fruit.
