Pigs Ear. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light dry and has modest carbonation. Thin dark malts, mild roast. Blueberry sits awkward and apart. Light dry finish. Not a big fan of blueberry stouts, this one is no exception.

Cask at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours crazy hazy purplish brown with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, oily, blueberry muffin, candy, slick and some earthy roast. The taste is dry, charred wood, blueberry skin, blackberry, slick, vinous, jam, cocoa and roasted malt. Not much depth, but it works pretty well anyhow.
