Cask at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours clearish golden with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, toasty grain, porridge, straw and bread. The taste is slick, oily, chewy, grassy, greenness, straw and a touch of citrus peel with a drying finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Fairly run of the mill. It is drinkable enough anyhow.
