Cask at Craft Beer Co. on 7th September 2011. Crystal clear gold with foam head soon falling to a film-and ring level with full-on early lacing. Nutty, leafy, cheesy aroma. Very nutty in-mouth; hazelnut and fresh peanut notes; some savoury taste as well. Richly hoppy. The finish is hoppy, malty and cheesy with a zingy and crisp texture. Very enjoyable ale.

Cask at the Craft Beer Co. It pours straw yellow, with a foamy white head. The nose is cheesy hop, biscuit, straw and some citrus. The taste is hay, straw, leafy and biscuit, with a light bitter finish. Light body and soft carbonation. It’s refreshing and thirst quenching. Straight forward, but well done nonetheless.

Cask at Craft Beer Co., London. Pours clear, light yellow with a fluffy, white head. Clean and fresh. A bit of corn, cereal and biscuit in the aroma. Lightly bitter flavor with hay and straw, and some cereal sugars. Light in body with fine carbonation. Decent balance on the finish, straw and biscuits linger shortly. Very nice.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 18/6/2011. Deep gold in colour with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of orange oranges with a touch of sweetness. Easy drinking, citrus fruit, biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Good.
