Cask Gravity at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours jet black with a medium beige head. The aroma is earthy roast, coffee, cocoa, dried fruits, fruit cake, tamarind, tangy liquorice and sugar plum. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy roast, charred wood, tart/slightly acidic fruity streak, berry skin, tar and burnt coffee notes. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not as good as the deeperlade imo. Perhaps balance is lacking a bit.
