Very hazy golden coloured body with a peach-y glow and a smooth, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of very nice citrus hoppy notes as well as some of the earthier and more grainy hop notes from the Azacca, which are noticeable, but luckily the citrusey scents dominate, all with some malt and alcohol as well. Medium-bodied; Strong herbal and citrusey hop notes dominate at first with a touch of alcohol and a lot of malts, with a light sweetness from the fruits, with a little caster sugar in for good measure, with a tiny bit of astringency from the alcohol at the end, which tastes a bit higher than 7 per cent ABV. Aftertaste shows a nice balance of hops and malt with the sweetness coming from the fruit and citrus elements and a dry finish, perhaps more than usual due to the Azacca notes, which are fairly understated (which I prefer). Overall, a nice and enjoyable hazy-ish IPA that shows well, but isn't overwhelming in terms of sweetness and fruits/juices. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, given to me by the Director of Operations of the brewery, after a hockey game in Arlington, Virginia on 04-December-2019 - Thanks Erik!

Pint at the brewery, pours an opaque orange, thick, with some lacey white head. Big citrus nose, more pith than juice, raw pineapple, herbs, perfume. Flavor is very pithy, spritzy, orange, white grapefruit, raw pineapple, crab apple. Finishes thick, chalky, bitter. A touch overdone perhaps. 7 4 7 3 12

On draft at bluejacket on New Year’s Eve. Pours a cloudy straw with an off white head. Aromas of tropical fruit. Flavors are moderately bitter citrus.

Draught at the source: pours dark orange haze with a white head. Aroma is powerful citrusy fruitiness. Taste is fruity juiciness. Some level of bitterness. Not too sweet. Quite good.

Pine and passion fruit. Very nice stuff. Good balance and awesome all around. Easy drinking surprisingly. Touch of green onion. Light bitter end. Churchkey.

On tap at The Arsenal, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy stone fruits, with a fair bit of yeast, and some dank hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh tropical fruits, pithy stone fruits, resinous hops, and some bitter citrus rind. Pithy and tropical, with a nicely bitter finish. Nice stuff.
