Cask @ Dirty Dicks, Halifax. Golden with a creamy head. Has tropical fruit notes with maybe a hint of guava in the aftertaste. Has a less stated nose but it’s still fruity.

Cask at the Le Gothique’s Halloween Beer Festival 2013. Poured a hazy orange with a thin white head. Aroma of toffee, grassy hops and tropical fruit. Grapefruit hop flavours with caramel and citrus fruit notes. Palate was hop resin, dry grain and maple syrup sweetness, which balanced quite nicely.

Gravity cask at the Wandsworth Common Halloween Beer Festival 2013 - Le Gothique. The beer pours clear gold with a large, frothy white head. The aroma is a pleasant mix of lightly dried citrus fruits, hay and biscuity pale malts. The flavor is light to medium sweet with mild pithy lemons, subtle citrus rind and hay bitterness, and crunchy pale malts. The body is light to medium and the carbonation level is moderate - the beer is in top condition. The finish is quite clean with decent citrus pith, stony dryness, straw and balancing pale malt sweetness. Superb.
