Draught @ BXLBeerFest 2018. Smooth, heavy with juicy and tartish raspberry and cherry notes, hints of sourness, funky yeast and saison elements. Quite smooth and light bodied.

At BXL Festival. Fluorescent pink, light red with white head. Massive raspberries, fruitstone, stereoscopic raspberry alert. Amazing raspberry porn. Moderate sweet and medium sour. Light bitter. Medium body, light and lean, soft carbonation. Lovely.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy reddish color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of tart cherry notes with some oak presence and some light funky barnyard notes is quite nice. Taste is a well-balanced blend of tart cherry notes with some oak presence and some light funky barnyard notes. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. A superb blend that really put forward the cherry flavours with retaining some complexity.

Beautiful watermelon colour with a thin head. On the nose, accents of berries. Quite tart, sharp almost, lactic, with a whack of berries. Good brew.
