Bottle. Pours clear pink, medium pinkish white head, good retention. Aroma is dusty raspberry, field grass, mineral water. Flavor is very light tart, raspberries, hints of cherry, dusty. Light body, fresh, sparkling. Minimal barrel influence here. Drinks kind of like a Berliner, which is not a bad thing.

Bue le 19-01-2018... Miam, et vraiment belle à voir en plus! Effervescence parfaite, dense et bien onctueuse. En bouche, la framboise se pointe le nez, suivie des cerises en finale. Quand même très acide comme bière.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Couleur rougeâtre, col fin rosé. Arôme au bouquet framboises marqué avec un léger agrément de boisé, barrique et funk en rétro - retrouve un effet terreux du fruité. Palais est funk, fruits rouges, framboises généreuses, terreux avec un retour plus marqué des grains, et un fini barrique qui confère une petite dimension boisée. Retrouve peu l'effet citrique de berliner.

0,15l from tap at BXLBeerfest. redish cloudy color, small white head. smells earthy, citric, grassy, berry notes, very light raspberries, cherries. nie smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of cherries, marzipan, bit nutty, citric, earthy, bit lactic, light sweetness. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of cherries, marzipan and nutty notes. very nice one. 7, 4, 8, 4, 16

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A almost clear light purple orange beer. Aroma of dry tart raspberries, beetroot. Taste of tart raspberries, cherries, brett, easy to drink, nice.

8 3 8 3 16Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels.  Hazy red with a small off white head.  Aroma of tart red berries, citrus behind and light woody notes.  Flavour is moderate sweet and sour.  Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Red-pinkish body, with a tiny pinkish head.
Aroma mainly of fresh raspberries and sweet cherries, slight earth and wood.
Tastes similar, with some perfumy notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes fresh, medium sweet, a bit wooden, very fruity, with lots of lingering raspberries, some cherries.

Tasty. Quite straight, all about the raspberries, which are really beautiful. Drinks fresh and balanced. Lovely style example.
