bottle from menu. cloudy yellow, small white head. aroma has hay or grass in it, also some sour notes, could be lemongrass, and what might be wild yeasty notes. Flavor is malty, only slightly yeasty, herbal bitterness, a little sweet - could be faint fruity perhaps banana, probably from the wheat. to me, the lemon like sour note and the banana note and the yeast note sort of clashes and gives me a confused impression.
