Cask at the The Anchor Tap, Horsham. Low impact fruit and malts aroma. Clear dark amber. Frothy translucent white head. Light sweet fruitiness. Followed up by light bitterness and then a berry sour edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Very pleasent soft bitter. May score better being the post-Brewhouse & Kitchen beer.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours clear amber with a creamy, white head. Character holds bready malts, pale grains, dough, citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some rindy citrus, further pale grains. So so gear.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear deep amber - gold beer, thin bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Tangy malts and tangy ripe fruits. Some dry floralness. Light dry finish. Yeah, it's passable.

Cask at Pigs’ Ear 2017. It pours clear brown with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is earthy, wood, leather, dried twiggy stuff, varnish and a touch of caramel. The taste is dry, bitter, wood, leather, varnish, resin, oiliness, caramel/toffee, brown bead and fruit cake. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth – feel. A fairly chewy brown beer. Ok I suppose.
