[ As Orbit Nico - Barrel Aged Burgundy White ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, apple, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, tart, fruity malt, pale malt, wood, medicin notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20170802] 6-2-6-2-13

Keg at Mother Kelly's, Vauxhaul. Pours hazy pale gold with a loose white head. Aroma is tart, vinous, gooseberry, hints of funk. Taste is crisp, funky white wine, gooseberry, hint of oak. Super dry finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Barrel aging this has added plenty, it's good stuff.

Keg at mother Kelly’s. A bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is nice funky grape, melon, hints of brett, lacto and caramac bar. Slightly tart on the nose. Flavour is composed of simple base grains, crisp, tangy underripe white grape, hint of wood, mellow lacto tartness. Crisp finish with a little tannin. Palate is crisp and tart, moderate carbonation, uber dry finish. Nice complexity very well balanced.

Keg at Craft. The aroma is fresh, vinous, gooseberry, white grape, white bread, toasty grain, cereal, vanilla and light spice. The taste is crisp, tart, dry, sweet white bread, brioche, white grape, gooseberry, bit of funk, barnyard, light spice, oak, vanilla, marzipan, nougat and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Great integration of white wine character. Easily one of orbits best.
