Lots of toasted pale malts, slightly nutty caramel, and some subtle UK hopping. Good mouth feel, and good carb.. Light bitterness, toasty, and nutty, with some slight butter notes in the end.

This amber poured a hazy, amber colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include musty, earthy basement and cereal. First swig was delicious with flavours of tea, a little lemon and biscuit. Finish is tea malty with very minimal hops and slightly sweet.

A dark reddish amber ale with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Kanata location.

Slightly hazy, golden-orange colour with a warm cap, decent stay and lacing. Cereal grain aromas with light hay, but not wet one. Light caramel malt with nice hops spiciness over the grains that lingers. A pretty nice bitter session ale that is good with lunch that I am enjoying at Meow! That's Hot!!
