Black (or near enough) beer with a thick, bubbly brown head. You can smell the strength of it, with raisins, toffee, coffee, rum. Taste is sweet tangy fruit, rum, smoke, chocolate and while there isn't much of a burn from the alcohol you can feel an airy boozy quality in the aftermath. Rich, smooth feel to it. This is absolutely delicious.

Draught at SKAAL. Pitch black with a creamy tanned head. Sweet aroma with coffee, chocolate, liquorice, over ripe fruits, an alcohol dense note, oak, rhum and toasted notes. Taste is bitter roasted. Full body with an oliy texture and a soft carbonation. Lasting dry and roasted finish with over ripe fruits and alcohol dense notes. A big fat beer for the season. Maybe even too much of a good thing?
