New ???? brewery ? loads of antipodean goodness on the nose upon open and taste follows, juicy white grape and crushed gooseberry, chimes of mosaic induced blueberry, supportive malty backing, piney solid balanced bitter close. Great first impression.

Can from Il Birratrovo, Como; packaged 10/06/24, 2.5 months ago; L 121F, best before 10/11/24
Pale blond colour, hazy to cloudy. Intense aroma, citrus medley from Sicily. Dry mouthfeel, but good body; very light starch, some white bread; fresh hopping character, vibrant citrus, and moderate, but balanced bitterness.
Very well done.

Pours a very hazy, borderline murky, dark/dense golden. Low to medium sized, quite compact/dense head. Ok retention and lacing. Average intensity in the aroma: cerealy malts base with hop notes of mango, grapefruit, lighter citrus and white grapes hints. Taste notes as per aroma, plus the slightest spicy hops hint. Medium sweetness, medium to high bitterness. Balanced in the mouth, a bit of bittering edge in the finish, leaving the slightest earthy aftertaste. Medium bodied, average carbonation, soft as expected (maybe not so much for the style) and decently lively. Ok, not impressed.
