A medium strength hoppy bitter. Dark in colour - yet hoppy - retaining the soft malty flavours of a traditional bitter. We intend to produce a dark hoppy bitter to stand out against the more familiar lighter coloured amber beers often available in pubs around the country. No Man’s Land is intended to be available from the end of September/early October onwards.

Cask at Bird In Hand, Stafford. Pours a dark copper with a small off-white head. Malt and hops in the aroma. Mouthfeel has sweet malts to the fore along with nuts and orchard fruits. Finish is sweet and fruity. A good session beer.

Cask at CP&K on 8th February 2011. Flatish copper with almost no head. Cheese yeasts and caramel aroma. Slightly sour kick - notes of sulphur and citric lemon. Bittersweet aftertaste and chalky texture. Not a favourite.

Cask handpull at CP&K with Chriso. Looks flat as hell. Reddish chestnut colour. Farty yeast aroma. It’s a bit of green apple. Not much hop at all. Bit of a bleachy taste. Not great.
