Cask handpull at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico. Orange gold colour with a bit of haze. It’s good. Grassy hop, decent. Not my favourite of the Marble beers tonight. Still good, but maybe too grassy, sweaty sox hop.

8th September 2010. Cask Pub & Kitchen ’Meet The Brewer’
Slightly hazy gold beer with a tiny white head. Light semi dry palate. Grassy grapefruit hops with a subtle orange citrus. Fresh. Semi dry bitter finish with a lingering bitter aftertaste. Easy drinking and refreshing.

Cask at the Wenlock on 18th August 2010. Amber, slightly hazy body and a thin white foamhead. Earthy pungency and hops in aroma, richly hoppy main kick rounded by biscuit maltiness. Dry finish which is richly bitter, herby and grassy. Zingy texture. Excellent.
