Can from the brewery, clocking in at 8%. Pours a deep fed, with a medium pink head. Aroma is loaded with raspberry puree and some light alcohol. Carb and mouth feel are spot on, and very nice and refreshing. Finish is quite bitter for the style, an odd contrast to the tart raspberries. No rhubarb to be found, hints of wheat, but very raspberry one sided.

Can: Poured a cloudy reddish color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh raspberry notes with some rustic yeast notes is refreshing. Taste is dominated by raspberry notes with light rhubarb with rustic yeast notes with some dominant flavours notes. Body is pretty full with godo carbonation. Refreshing with great drinkability but yeast profile is slightly stronger than I was expecting.

A hazed pinkish ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity, light mineral notes, refreshing and pleasing. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and balanced. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
