Can: Poured a golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice malt backbone with some light spices notes. Taste is a mix of Belgian malt backbone with light residual sugar notes with some grain of paradise notes, some floral notes and with a semi-dry finish. Body is about average for style with good level of carbonation. Enjoyable Belgian ale with good drinkability and right amount of spices.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of Belgian yeast, gentle spices (coriander), and some toasted grains. Flavour is gentle but impactful, with a nice Belgian yeast character upfront, followed by toasted grains, gentle coriander, and a hint of floral character. Smooth and well-balanced. Very well-made.

Can. Sort of a darkish golden, just a slight haze, and a thin head. Smells like it's going to be sticky, and it is. There's a bit of earthy hop, maybe grains of paradise or maybe not, but it's really just underfermented. That's unusual for Dageraad, really, and they had time to wait this one out, so a bit of a surprise. Well, at least my brother liked it, so there's that.
