Bottle; Nose showed some yeastand a tiny bit of citrus; light amber with only a tiny bit of haziness and not much of a head; weak maltiness in the flavor finishing with a little tartness.

A little on the grainy side, with some hops present and a dry finish. Not exactly what I expected. Also had a sour tone to the finish. The first beer from Grand Teton that has been subpar.

Bottle. Amber beer with an off-white head. Wheat, clove and citrus aroma. Wheat clove flavor. Lighter bodied. Lingering wheat after the spice. Easy drinking.

Hazy light amber colour. Slightly wheaty, sweaty aroma. Crisp hops, doughy malts in the palate. Has kolsch-like moments, but they don’t hold up over the bottle. Light wheaty acidity in the finish. Slight fruitiness (salmonberry). Not bad.

Bottle Pours a light cloudy amber. A nice foamy head that quickly settles to a thin white film that sticks around. Smell is a very pleasant wheat, slightly sweet and a bit hoppy. Taste is a mild wheat, bread-like, easy on the hopps Finishes quickly and easily with a little hoppy bitterness lingering. Quite easy going down. Refreshing and light but has a good mouth feel like a Hef.
