A hazed yellow cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light mineral notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Mondial des Cidres 2019.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color cider with low carbonation. Aroma of light apple and pear notes with hints of Chardonnay. Taste is a mix of light apple and pear notes with minimal residual sugar and a semi-dry finish with some oak and Chardonnay notes also perceptible with some light funky yeast notes. Not bad but not memorable either.
