The Pigs Ear wrap up tasting at ChrisO’s. Bright clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and dry. Modest carbonation. Very tangy dark malts, thin and there is a milky sourness. Touch of dark fruits. Thin dry finish. Not digging this milky sourness at all!

The taste is roasty, charred wood, milk chocolate, fruit cake, umami and light spice. Medium body and fine carbonation. Simple, but easy - going.
