Aavistuksen utuinen, hailakan kullankeltainen olut paksun kermaisella vaahdolla. Maku hedelmäinen, maltaisen makea, sopivan raikas. Erittäin laadukas, ei kalpene belgiveljien rinnalla juuri lainkaan.

On tap @ Panimoravintola Bruuveri, Helsinki. Unclear yellow/orange with a fine white head. Even if this is the unspiced version the aroma has a distinct spicy yeast, farmhouse stamp with citric fruit as well. Flavor is light pale malt, spicy yeast, pepper, citric fruit and grapefruit, decent bitterness for a Saison. Fine and balanced both in flavors and body with a pleasant aftertaste. A bit rustic funkiness, a superb Saison on my book. Extremely moorish.

(Keg at Bruuveri, 20141021) The beer poured pale orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spices, yeast and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, spiciness, yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, spicy and bitter. A very nice saison. Well done balance of hops and spiciness.

Draught @ Bruuveri. Aroma has grass, funky yeasty notes and some grapefruit. Flavour has grapefruit, some grass, funky yeasty tones and fruits. A bit too foamy palate. Somewhat tart and farmhouse-like. Nice.

Tap at Brewpub Bruuveri, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small thick white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, lemon, spices, Belgian yeast and malts. Very strong and harsh body but I like it. Brewed at Bruuveri, not in Saimaan Juomatehdas.
