Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Væskebalancen, this mixed fermentation sour beer pairs sweet cherries with smooth vanilla and flaked rice among subtle notes of almond in a decadent nod to a Danish delicacy.

Aroma: Sour cherries and lactose.
Flavour: Sweet and sour with cherries and lactose. Aftertaste is sweet and sour.
Colour: Murky red orange with an offwhite head.

Tap at Fermentoren. Cloudy red. Nose is heavy vanilla, cream, cinnamon, cardamom, cherry, berry. Taste is round, berry party, ice cream, cream, desert, raisins, with a nice fruity tartness. This is a a decent sour beer, and b fun to drink. I like this.

Tastes exactly like the dessert: creamy, chewy, milk, cherry and strawberry sauce, tart balance to the body, well done!

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen 10/11/2024 Tart cherry fruity alongside a sweetish lactose vanilla, some nutty almond accents, medium body, mix of tart and sweet from the cherry and vanilla into the close.

Tap @ Væskebalancen. Small head with short duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are red fruits, berries, vanilla and has a nice fruity finish.
