Can from the LCBO.
Clear golden pour, with a large white head. Nice grassy aromas, soft cereals, light minerals. Mouth feel is good, carb is very nice. Finish isn't very bitter, dry finish, well balanced cereals, and grassy noble hops. decent pils.

On tap at Big Rig, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Nose is on the floral side for a pils, with biscuity malt and only a touch of grass — seems under-hopped. Flavour confirms this, with lots of sweet bready malt dominating. There's barely any hops here, and there's little bite / crispness. Pretty underwhelming, albeit inoffensive.

This pils poured a clear, yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn and perm solution. First swig was thin, tasted of corn and malt. Slightly sweet with nothing but corn lingering.

Second Ontario Pilsner of the night (the other being Brock St.). This one pours a clean golden colour with a frothy white cap, average stay and light lace patches. The cereal grains are present like the other, but not as strong. The hops in this one has a little more attack. The taste is milder as well all-around with the grains lingering with mild hops. Not as dry as the Brock St. Decent, but this one must be drank colder to go down. Preferred the other.

A blonde pilsner with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with German hops, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral German hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
