clear brown pour, small off white head. aroma of nuts, bread, and toffee. solid mouthfeel, soft carb. Finish is a little dull, nutty, and a tad sweet. pretty run of the mill.

A clear maple amber ale with a thin white. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with light nutty notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, boring. On tap at brewery.

Summer 2012 Now this was a good beer, a gift from my uncle who got it at the brewery up near his cottage. It poured a clear brown-amber with an off-white head. Mine was the OAKED version, as such the caramel & toffee of the brown were subdued by the woodsy oak caracter of the barrel. Quite good stuff.

Pours dark reddish orange without much head or lacing. Has some caramelized sweetness. Barley profile is light but ok. Finishes with light sweetness and bitterness. Average carbonation. C’est What Festival
