A blonde kolsch with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet chalky malt with light grassy hops, OK but boring. In mouth, a sweet grainy malt with light grassy hops , light mineral notes, boring. On tap at brewery.

Had at the Loon, August 21st 2017 after the G'n'R show and partial solar eclipse (big day :P). Poured a hazy light yellow colour with a white head and great dirty lacing. Smells like buttermilk with the milky notes and some sourness. Hints of citrus. Yeasty taste with some very mild sour feel and cereal grains in the background. Not sure about this almond thing and a weird brew all-around.

Tap at The Big Apple. Crystal clear gold, thick creamy head with a mild almond aroma. Tangy flavor, honey and grains plus some almond in the finish. An interesting take on the style which maintains distinct elements of both the almond and kolsch components. 3.4
