Can from the lcbo. Clear yellow pour, with a medium white head. Bright apple skins, apple flesh, floral honey, flowers, hints if earthy lavender. Watery mouth feel, soft carb. Lavender lingers in the finish with a semi sweet crisp apple cider.

A pale blonde cider with a thin white head. In aroma, tart apple with green skin, light lavender, OK. In mouth, a tart apple with light acidity, light lavender, light, and refreshing. On tap at Bar Lupulus.

Pours a clean very light-yellow colour with a fizzy white cap that lasts just a little longer than most ciders. Remind me of winter cider with the real apple scents and some mild cinnamon. The lavender is just very slightly felt in the flavours, so it goes alright. Even the honey is not very strong, adding not much sweetness, nor syrupiness. Apple with light alcohol and spices. Yeah, remind me of the winter cider, but a cold, clean version.
