500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with intense gin barrels upfront, closely followed by white wine barrels, plenty of oak, and some tart, spicy citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of spicy gin barrel notes, white wine barrels, oak, and citrus. Lots of barrel character, with lots of oak and a nice spiciness. This is great.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light mandarine pulp, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett dryness, light apricot, light acidity, nice and smooth. On tap at Funkfest 2018.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy golden colour with small head. The aroma is very strong, citrus fruits, detergent, gooseberry. Good body strength, moderately sour with light residual sweetness, it has a strong citrus component (pink grapefruit, lime peel), refreshing, and some vinous elements that add complexity, mild tannins in the end and a very light acetic note that doesn't distract. Bold.
Very good, pleasing Sour.
