The Pigs Ear wrap up tasting at ChrisO’s. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light dry creamy malts, sweetish. Nice orange hop but quite mellow. Trace of mango. Light semi dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Not bad.

Bottle split at Chriso pre Xmas tasting, 06/12/15. Clear golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is straw, tangerine, touch plasticy, toasted bread, melon. Taste comprises bitter orange, straw, tangerine, light bread dough, melon, faint spice, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but nothing I’d choose to revisit considering the general level of IPA’s available in London.
