On tap at the brewery, as my first beer there (usually buy bottles to bring home - but not available in bottles). From can, pours a cloudy golden colour with a warm cap, decent stay and lacing. Citrus nose, mostly oranges with nicely blended Belgian yeast to sweeten things. The taste has mild fresh citrus juices with decent light bitterness from the grassy hops, but again, well-balanced with the yeast. The mouthfeel is dry, but still wet enough to be refreshing. Quite a nice stronger Saison that I wish will be available in cans at the LCBO on a regular basis.

A hazed golden blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
