50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is apple zesty and crisp. Sweet, fruity and citric. Crisp zesty apples finish.

500ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark orange with medium carbonation. Aroma is sharp musty apple juice. Taste is musty apple juice. Slightly sour apple juice finish. A little short in the mouth.

500ml bottle from Microbar, Manchester. Pours hazy yellow, pure apple juice aroma. Taste is overripe, mushy apples and cider barn with a moderate sweetness. Ok.

500ml bottle. Hazy orange-gold amber colour, short lived white foam head and aroma of apple, light barnyard, vanilla. Taste is tangy, juicy apple, vanilla, leather, earthy and with some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle, from the brewery, at JF’s house decoration bash 22/02/14. Very lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is sharp apples, light smoke, hint of spice. Taste comprises earthy orchards, tangy apple, light smoke, sugar. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, drying close. Decent enough zider.
