500 ml green bottle, at the Flying Horse, Gatwick Airport. ABV is 5.0%. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy, sparkling, short-lived white head. Moderate aroma of cider apples and oak. Dry and crisp flavour of cider apples, refreshing.

Bottle from the Standing Order. Appearance - deep golden amber with a light froth but no head. No carbonation to speak of. Nose - apples but overwhelming sulphur. This really smells of poo. Taste - sweet apples, then it falls away. Palate - close to medium bodied but it completely lacks the big middle section tang that I usually get from cider, so disappointing. Overall - not great.
