Draught ½ pint at Crispin, Wokingham, on June 26, 2017.Warm apples, fresh, some apple skin taste. Faint apples, a bit tart, a bit sweet, some warm applesauce aftertaste. Medium body with a bit fizzy CO2 mouthfeel; short a bit dry finish. Hazy golden color, white head. Nice apple scent.7/4/8/3/16=3.7

Bottle at the Pump House, Shirley. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma sweet apple with a moderate sweet apple flavour. It’s a sweet cider. What more is there to say?

Flaske 500ml delt med Rune på Gog & Magog, Plymouth 25 Sep 16. Ser ut som eplejuice. Filmskum langs kanten. God eplearoma. Smaken gravenstein. I søtligste laget.

500ml bottle shared with Finn at JDW’s Gog and Magog. Hazy golden body, filmy layer leaving dotted spots on the glass. Smell of pommac and yeast. Flavours of wood, pears and apple juice, pommac-like. Instead of orange juice to our breakfast. (Plymouth 25.09.2016).
