Bottle. Copper in Color with a nice 2 finger head. Aroma was malty with hints of roasted grains. Taste was sweet upfront, malty goodness in the middle with a crisp slightly bitter finish.

4 oz draft @ Greenville location. Good bready malt background with a soft sweetness. Has a soft spice finish for balance.

Good caramel nose tinged with toasted grain. Appearance is atrocious, though, coming out of the bottle a fizzy orange with absolutely no head or lacing. Tastes overly sweet, the caramel and toffee notes coming on very strong before growing cloy and medicinal on the back end. Minor bitterness on the finish leads to a sugary, bready fade. Abrasive texture, over-carbonated and cheap-feeling. Pretty bad.

Dark honey nose. Clear amber, thin head. Honey, pecan, corn. Light body, soft carbonation. Tasty, but a bit sweet.

Bottle. Clear deep copper with a white head. Light sweet malt aroma. The flavor is light sweet caramel malt. Seems to lack some of that nutty/toasty/maltiness that comes from Vienna and Munich malts. Need just a touch more hop bitterness t cut some of the sweetness.

Draft flight @ their tasting room. Clear gold color with a small white head. 6.0 ABV and 13 IBU. A little hoppier than I prefer for a marzen. Smooth with a light caramel flavor.
