Bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale straw with rocky but stable white head. Clear aroma of fruit and yeast, with floral notes and malty touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with citric and estery notes and mild spicy touches. Estsry and acidic aftertaste. Well, a refreshing and very sessionable brew but not particularly impressive.

Bottle, 3.3%. Fruity aroma with a nice hint of Brett. Almost clear very pale yellow colour. Big stable rocky white head. The flavour is fruity and citric with a mild Brett note. Very thin finish, but quenching. More like a mild Berliner Weisse than a Belgian pale ale to me.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a fizzy, hazy yellow with a white head. Grainy nose. Incredibly watery body, now the Belgian yeast is showing itself. Slightly fruity, but honestly this is mostly water and carbonation with a bitter finish. You have to burp your way through this. 230120

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with bubbly white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, yeasts, spicy notes and floral hops. Taste is light bitter. Light to medium body. Drying fruity finish. Nice.
